Problem items received that are damaged should be reported to GSMD within a week of receipt so an effort can be made to rectify the situation. Items not reported by the customer to be missing, undelivered, or lost within twenty days of the ship date will not be refunded. Cancellation Policy GSMD will accept cancellations and make every effort to satisfy the customer. If items are cancelled after they have been shipped, money will be refunded only upon receipt of the unused item, still in new condition, by GSMD.
